This is a gap for many of you. Just judging whether a page 'looks right' is never enough. Here is a wealth of inspiration and alternative theories on grid-based design; for web pages mostly but with reference to print as well. Read it and use the ideas on your blogs..... (if you do, acknowledge the source and link to it like you should be doing for all web-based material)
